Vegetables Post Harvest Turnkey Projects

For the modern vegetable producer to have access to the higher quality, higher value Vegetable markets, product cooling are not an option. Highly perishable produce can deteriorate during slow cooling.

There are four types of cooling

  • Hydro cooling.
  • Vacuum cooling
  • DX air cooling
  • Wet Air Cooling

Hydro cooling can be made with ice bank systems. Food and Refrigeration Systems can provide necessary design for the same.

Vacuum coolers are being worked with a Chinese company and Food and refrigeration systems have access for the same.

Forced air cooling can be designed by Food and Refrigeration Systems.

Near to the farms. The place is called a pack house. We at Food and Refrigeration Systems have Arrangement with ISRAEL and CHINA for the pack houses. The total PACK HOUSES can be designed by us Post-harvest of vegetables will be almost the same as fruits

  • The vegetables are emptied into washing systems
  • The system washes and conveys the vegetables in to inspection /precutting tables.
  • The vegetables then moves to a packing area where the same is rolled in breathable films.
  • The crates filled with vegetables are conveyed to pre coolers.
