Ghee Making Consultancy Service

  • The ghee making is a process of heating cream in a jacketed hemispherical jacketed vessel
  • The inside of the hemisphere is made of 6mm ss316 6mm followed by a MS 6mm jacket for heating by steam at 3kg/cm2.
  • The ghee boilers come in capacities of 300 liter, 600 liters and 1000 liters capacity.
  • Normally two ghee boilers are placed side to side and connected with a ghee pump
  • The ghee pump takes the ghee to a cone type cylindrical vessel which has a10inches pipe in ss304
  • Running from top to bottom. .The cone are three in numbers .The bottom of the cone has three valves
  • Diaphragm type connected to pump. This is settling of dirt in the ghee. The incoming pipe enter from ghee boiler to the inside pipe of the ghee settling tank.
  • From the ghee settling tank we pump the ghee to cooling tanks which is 500liter to 1000liters capacity
  • With provision for cooling by mains water .the ghee is cooled by main water to 20 degree c s.
  • Once we get 20 degrees c we then bottle the ghee .
