Forming, Battering breading and frying baking of seafood poultry and meat products.
In the case of poultry and meat the Broilers are stored in cold room at minus 22 deg c. From the cold room take the broilers and process the same using small cutting machines and the various pieces of the chicken are separated and packed in trays for MAP sealing.
The chicken is ground and made to Keema and used in the value addition machines of forming, battering, breading, and frying machines and packed in pouches.
In the case of meat the product comes in carcasses and are hung from conveyors in minus 2 degrees cold rooms. From the cold room the carcasses are cut manually separated into various pieces. The pieces are filled in trays weighed and MAP packed.
One can also make Keema and use the same in making cutlets etc in forming, battering, breading, and frying machines. The end products are sent to IQF and after freezing it is packed in pouches.
